The Secretariat

The Secretariat serves as the central administrative office of the Gbagada Estate Phase II Residents Association and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of the Association’s activities. It functions as the primary point of contact between the Executive Committee and residents, facilitating communication, documentation, and the implementation of decisions taken by the leadership of the Association.
The Secretariat is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the Association. This includes maintaining official records, handling correspondence, preparing notices and circulars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that important information is properly communicated to residents.
In addition, the Secretariat supports the work of the Executive Committee and various committees by providing administrative assistance, organizing documentation, and helping to ensure that community initiatives and programs are properly coordinated.
